The guy is either still stunned by the flash bang grenades or dead.

He was injured, sleep-deprived, scared and grieving his brother's death. Maybe he isn't thinking straight?

A number of them hit the front of the boat, he's in the middle (by last report I heard).

The weirder thing is that they searched it and didn't find him, especially if he was injured and bleeding.

He might be under a bit of mental pressure. And/or he has no real choices as to where else to hide.

I figured he would pop his head up after they drew down the number of visible officers. Not even an hour later...

Big trial, sympathizers coming out of the woodwork...probably no death penalty. He gets off on a technicality? He is convicted and the taxpayers support is worthless arse for the rest of his worthless life.

Kill him and get it over with.

Are you watching the coverage? He wasn't in the boat earlier. The home owner called in and said that the police had search her place earlier, but now the shed door was open, there were bloody clothes and blood on the boat. Then the cops responded, found him and engaged him.

He may have been hidden in the shed, or he might have recently entered the yard from somewhere else. I doubt dogs would have missed him in the shed or the boat. Eric

Maybe not, but I bet the owners will be able to sell it for more than a new one will cost.

Yeah...

fox reported that the lady said that she looked out, and her garage was open, there were bloody clothes on the ground, and blood on the boat.

So what's the plan from here? Wait for surrender? Robot or K9 to scout things out first? Just move up with shields and/or APC?
