CT Lasergrip Installation Issue

Purchased a Lasergrip today for my Gen 4 19. Have followed directions both on the website and the written material. I cannot get the pin back in for the life of me. I am going left to right with the end I know will fit through. The issue seems to be getting the holes to line up perfectly. Any advice?
Thanks
Greg

Never mind. My wife came downstairs and between us we were able to get the pin in. Now to work on sighting it in.

Which model laser grip? The lg-417? If so, its very easy to install. It comes with two adapters,' small' and 'large', You will most likely use the 'small' for G19. Screw goes in from left side.

Maybe its the Gen 4 with backstrap issue?

Mine is on a gen 3. and is piece of cake to install.

Ended up the holes were just not lining up as needed. I was able to put enough pressure on the grip and my wife got the pin installed. Unsure of the model number but it did say Gen 4 19 on the box.
