Range Report Ranger 64gr 223 Rem

Got to shoot these finally- not the best day- cold 31 and a 10 mph wind but mostly from behind.
But here's the data and targets- kind of disappointed on velocity in my bolt gun- box said 3020 FPS! Obviously they use a 24" barrel! The AR numbers were very consistant. Now understand the groups were shot one at the time with me writting down chrony numbers after each. So I had a few shooter induced flyerson each as noted. Over all both rifles shot this load well. Strange point, all cases where not your normal short 223 Rem cases all were 1.760" after resize! Consistantly!

Savage Hunter 11 Chrony data:
1. 2891 Average: 2916 fps
2. 2926 SD 22.2
3. 2942 ES 25.5
4. 2926
5. 2930
6. 2908
7. 2937
8. 2944
9. 2873
10. 2879

PSA Strikefire Carbine
1. 2762 Average: 2762 fps
2. 2771 SD 9.1
3. 2759 ES 22.5
4. 2754
5. 2748
6. 2791
7. 2767
8. 2761
9. 2746
10. 2756
