CHL wait time

I just took a CHL class on 12/20/2012, how long does it take before I can expect to receive it ?

It took me about thirty days when I got mine a couple of years ago. I lived in Texas before SC.

When did you complete your application and finger printing? Also, did you have to send in pics or did you opt for your current DL pic? I'm assuming you did all this stuff and didn't just take the class.

Texas is about a month out. Took mine just about an exact 30 days.

Took about 30 days for me as well. You should be able to view your progress on your application online at Texas DPS.
A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom. But the tumult soon subsides. Time makes more converts than reason.
