I think just being screwed would likely be preferable to being screwed through the back door. Unless you are into that kinda thing.

If Reid still holds to what he says, there still is their push to limit magazine capacity. He seems to think it has a better chance to pass.

We can never let our guard down, Local, State or Federal.

You make a good point and I agree with you. I will write to the CO governor, I think he is due to sign the new bill tomorrow.

He is dead last in ratings and CNN is at an all time low. It's pathetic really...

I don't care where you are from. If we would all write every rep who is considering any gun control measure and let them know all of our thoughts this would be over. What they do regionally and on a state level will have an impact on us all.

Email is fantastic their addresses are public information. We can send them anything we want from wherever we want.

The sooner we all figure this out the better everything will be.

Regards, GMB

Exactly.

While Reid may not be in favor of a new AWB, he's just set up a 'Sucker's Play'. The only question is what will be included and how he'll play it.

Agree! Bloomturd is spending millions regardless of the state borders as long as he feels he has a chance to affect election results towards gun control

The trickle I see at work of AR's coming back in the last week will no turn into a torrent me guess. Hell I sold most of them to start with . Now I get to sell the same rifle x2 w/ a bigger commision.

In early Jan, I sold a 25 y/o hot stock broker chick an AR. It was the last one we had. It was a really bad mojo set up w/ some nice glass, bi-pod and chambered for .338 Federal

She lived in a two bed condo, great for HD right ?? I think I will be seeing her soon enough again.

Once the universal background check bill gets 60 votes in the senate, AWB and magazine limit amendments can be added with only 50 votes. This is the democrat plan.

Reid said he dropped it because he doubted it could muster 40 votes. I think its dead. but Reid thinks a mag capacity amendment might have enough support to pass. We'll see. But even if it passes the senate its probably DOA in the House. Its definitely good news.
