Pittsburgh officer shot, still wins gunfight.
18 y/o male flees police; Pittsburgh officer trips and breaks both wrists. The POS then shoots the injured officer as he lays on the ground. The officer then RETURNS fire with two broken wrists and two gunshot wounds......
The officer and his partner shot the POS multiple times and he was taken into custody.
