SAS sniper - Released from prison Glock9mm

Firstly pathetic that it went this far. Secondly it shows what happens when a nanny government becomes so anti-gun.

Out of interest what would the penalty be in the US, for illegally owning a gun.. Not like shooting anyone, just illegal ownership?

Glad he's no longer in jail. Disgrace that the UK law would do such a thing to one of their own war hero's. Despite public outcry to let him off.

Hopefully it'll never come here, laws like that.

It's coming here soon. When you've got about 50% of the voting public wanting more government it's only a matter of time.

He broke the law, regardless of how stupid the law is and who he was.

If a SEAL was pinched w/ a unregistered M60 in his garage, he would be arrested just the same as the SAS guy. I have no sympathy for the situation, as gun owners we need to live to the letter of the law.

If the UK wants a gun, move here and become a citizen. It is very common to do this. I sell a gun at least once a week to a new US citizen from the UK or Europe.

I have a question. If UK style laws come here will you break the law?

Outside of marriage, It's incredibly difficult to move over here from Europe. Either you have skills that an American is unable to fulfill, or you have lots & lots of money..
