In no particular order:

Rampart
The Sweeney (2012)
Insidious
Max Payne
Hi Fidelity
The Boiler Room
Haywire
I Give It A Week
Napoleon Dynamite

On balance, I think Rampart was the worst. I felt I had been robbed when I left the cinema.

No particular order:

Baby: Story if the Lost Legend
Neverending Story
The Great Outdoors
Tank Girl
Batman & Robin
Hocus Pocus

Special Mention: the anime film "Legend Of The Overfiend", featuring demons ******ing schoolgirls in Hell, then ripping them in half and drinking their blood after finishing with them. Bizarre and oh-so-wrong.

I somehow made it all the way through this one. I had to keep reminding myself that it was a "cult classic"

Looks like Lucas stole some thoughts from that one. The ship looks like a Snow Speeder with R2 on the top.

Aw, I like Scott Pilgrim. It's hilarious and the special effects are actually pretty good for what it is.

All the others on your list, totally agree.

So if you kids really want to see the worst movies ever made go forth and explore, ...unless you're chicken.
Have you actually watched plan 9?? Most "bad" movies are at least funny, even if you have to drink a bunch to get in the mood. Or the "bad" movie will have some cult aspect to it. Plan 9 is just BAD... bad editing, bad plot, bad lighting, bad effects, bad actors, bad script, bad everything. It is not funny in a bad way or any way.

I've seen a bunch of "bad" movies, and inevitably they might be so bad they are funny, or have some aspect that is interesting or worth a comment. I watched and laughed through Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus... the movie is bad, but funny!

Plan 9 has nothing. I honestly don't see that it has any "charms".

A great part of Netflix is the huge volume of "bad" movies on Watch It Now. Great stuff. As you say, go forth and explore!

(but I still say Plan 9 is the worst... )

Van Damme

Royal Tanenbaums, would have walked out but I was on a date, it was hell...

The Order, with Van Damme would have turned it off but I was very bored

Dead Man's Walk - wasted almost 5 hours of my life here, hoping it would get better, but didn't

Moonrise Kingdom- Bruce Willis, Edward Norton-friggen horrible!!! Ive seen some posts on here I couldn't believe- The Mist? Awesome horror movie directed by Frank Darabont (Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, The Walking Dead) not only are the monsters scary (In the theater I thought my wife was gonna break my hand- gripping it so tight during the drug store scene with the spiders!) and you gotta love the apocalyptic biblical divide of the 2 "sides" of people inside the store (Marsha Gay Harden was awesome!) and the shocking not so typical hollywood ending- one of the best horror movies in years! Fightclub?-really? Sometimes the out of the ordinary is a nice break from same old

I disagree with him, but I thought his story was fun enough to share...

My HS computer teacher (lo, these many, many years past) said that he watched Wayne's World three times in a row.

The first was, obviously, just to watch it.

The second time was because he couldn't believe it was truly that dumb and wanted to try and be sure.

The third time was because the tape rewound and started to replay, and he was too lazy to stop it.

Watched it? I own the Rifftraxs (MST3000 cast) version! How can you not find things such as a breathless intro about the FUTURE!, cardboard gravestones, pie pan UFOs, a fey alien overlord, and a detailed explaination about the element Solarinite, ("stupid, stupid, STUPID HUMANS!") not funny?

Yet you find crap made in the era of CGI by the likes of the Scify Channel worthy of the title of 'good' bad movie? Must be a generational thing.

Theodore Rex with Whoopie Goldberg.

"In an alternate futuristic society, a tough female police detective is paired with a talking dinosaur to find the killer of dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals leading them to a mad scientist bent on creating a new Armageddon."

It is so bad that Whoopie Goldberg tried to pay the studio to not release it.

Once again, however, Glock Talkers must not have seen many movies if a collection of average or barely grade B movies is the worst you can come up with.
