Okay, let's go at this from a different angle:

I recommend against buying a BCG that you do not even know the specs of. Buy a known quantity, not something where you don't even have a clue what you will actually be getting.

I think he is asking what kind of specs to look for when purchasing a BCG that has posted specs

In that case, this is more or less what you want to look for. And shot peening on the bolt.
