No Jodi Arias Thread?

Well,I'll start one.
Does anyone here think she has a chance at acquittal at all?
Hard to justify shooting an unarmed person in the head and stabbing them 27 times, but it only takes one juror.

Plus, the fact that Nancy Grace is pushing so hard against her kind of makes me sympathetic towards her.

How do you think it will go?

I didn't know anything about this until my mother called asking what it was all about and why it was on CNN. They cut away from news to cover some sexy talk at the trial. CNN is in a sorry state.

She is a sociopath headed for death row, which is where she belongs.

I was about to start one yesterday.

The nice thing with working from home is that I can have that streaming online on my home computer, while I work on the other end of the desk. I missed the start, but I have listened to just about every minute of the past 3 days.

That woman is crazy. The part that gets me is when she thinks she can 'one up' the lawyer with word games like she is actually pulling one over on him. I am sad to say that I actually enjoyed it when she broke down yesterday and today.
I am totally hooked on watching this now. I will be amazed if she doesn't get convicted.

Based on the recent lunacy of the Casey Anthony trial, I think she will walk. This prosecutor is hammering her on the stand, making himself look like a bully and making her seem like an innocent victim.

OTOH, Zimmerman will do time... for the same lunacy reasoning.

If she answered the questions nicely, then yes, I could completely see the prosecutor looking like a bully with how he has been doing this. The thing is, she is coming off as arrogant, and keeps trying to play word games with him, like some politician trying to play a gotcha game, which imo is what is somewhat causing him to get bully-ish. I can only hope/guess that the jury sees through her crap too.

I definetly would have voted not guilty if I was on the Casey Anthony jury. However,I really don't see a defense in Jodi Arias' case.

Completely affectless sociopath; cold, conscience-less disgrace to the human race.
