Safariland SLS Taser Holster

Anyone using one?

I've currently got what I assume to be the "stock" plastic holster for my x26 and don't particularly care for it. Been toying with the idea of picking up one of Safariland's SLS taser holsters for the commonality of retention systems; not to mention they're available in hi gloss to match the rest of my duty gear.

I had one of the ALS ones and did not care for it. The SLS one that I had seen took up more room, or at least appeared to, than some of the others on the market. Ther eis also certainly an argument against commonality in retention systems when you start talking about potential weapon confusion. I believe that is part of why Blackhawk's Serpa Taser holster draws in a different stroke that the Serpa concealment and duty holsters.

I am not really a Blackhawk fan, but do like the Serpra Taser holsters.

I don't use one, but have looked at it, and I thought it way too bulky. The Bladetech, or Blackhawk is the way to go.

Thanks for the info guys! One of my co-workers offered me a new in box Blackhawk. I think I'll take him up on it.

You have an x26 or x2? I carry the x2 in a Blackhawk and haven't had a single issue. Several buddies chose the blade tech and hated it

We are issued the blackhawk serpa for the x26 and I really like it. No issues reported with them so far that I have heard of.
