Got my mag extension, got my ammo - off to the range tomorrow!

Gonna take my 29SF to the range tomorrow. Got my Pearce Grip extensions yesterday and 300 rds of Underwood 180gr TMJ to shoot off.

Our post range only has Steel targets so I don't think I'll have much in the way of photos. :(

Had a pretty good time!

Buddy of mine brought his M&P .40 as well as his M1 Carbine and his Mosin Nagant. That Carbine in .30 Carbine is a helluva sweet shooter! So controllable and manageable.

We all fired about 200 of the 300 180gr Underwood 10mm I bought. All I can say is WOW. More than a few people looking at us to see what the noise was about. lol One of the range guys came down thinking we were firing a rifle at the pistol range.

Man, that Underwood 10mm packs some punch! Yet it shoots so much cleaner than the PMC I shot last time. I did have 2 FTFs which were probably me limp-wristing.

That said, this ammo is so sweeeeeet. lol My wrist hurts a bit but my palm isn't quite as sore. Granted, I didn't shoot as much as the last time, but this Underwood is no joke!

We shot at the steel targets on the post range, so no pics of anything other than I took a video of my buddy shooting his M1 Carbine.

Did have one strange occurance though - one of my buddies was shooting my 29. Another of my buddies and I who were behind him were both hit with backspatter - I got hit on the inner left thigh and he took a piece to the forehead. It didn't break skin on either of us but it was quite strange. Shredded copper was at both our feet.
