I've seen it a lot where two people on the stairs are next to each other taking up the whole stairway and buffalo others into mashing their backs against the wall to let them go by. I simply stop, blocking my "lane" and they eventually go around. It's usually young women. Are they really taking over the country? It's how they behave.
