Yeah, not a good idea. A bullet setback would almost be guaranteed as the case would be very thin @ the mouth. With all the 40 around, why would anyone even think of this? If you have a bunch, trade it. I haven't bought 9mm or 40 brass in years, way too much of it around the ranges on the ground.
