Original "Dawg" is still barking hard ...

10 year update.

My old Glock 30 is still amazingly accurate, concealable (no problems at all), recoil-confortable (compared to my LC9 and LCR), and reliable to a fault, with zero "upgrades".

I can recommend this "tool" to any new, up and coming CHP, CCW, etc permit holder! The G30 is, in my opinion, the gold standard for a concealed carry option.

"Upgraded" my 30SF with Talon Grips (sandpaper kind), XS Big Dot sights and Pearce grip extension.

10 rounds of 230 grain one shot stopping with #11 in the pipe.

It's a Glock. Does it get any better??

"Old Glock 30"

Just came back from the range.

Regular piece of typewriter paper, with an X on it, showed a dead-center softball sized hole after 30 rounds at 3-5-and 7 yards. Rapid fire. G30 is 10 years old. Nuff said. (Samson 230 gr. FMJ). I might of squeezed it down to a MLB hard ball hole with better ammo. But what's the point?

I couldn't agree more! My first Glock back in 1999 and still my favorite.
