You over paid by 250-300 bucks, looks like the seller "won" some money.

If you're happy, then I'm happy for you, but there's NO way I would have paid that much for it, even with the three factory 33 rounders.
*Edit* PAGunner has it right, you over paid by around $300.

Figure about 650 for the gun in todays market as a black g19, about 800 as a fde. 50 a piece for the mags. Hes fine and happy.

Something is only worth what you'll pay for it. If it was worth it to you then don't worry about it

Yeah some may think I overpaid, but honestly if you consider:
-$550 for a new g19 in black
-$200 for the FDE discontinued color ($750 for a FDE g19 is common market price ATM)
-$150 for the 3 33rd-ers (that's lowballing the current price PER mag)
-$100 for the the Trijicons
Thats exactly a grand. I'm not considering the KCI mag- that will just be for range use anyway, I'd never carry it.
This isn't even considering how unfindable the mags and gun are in this panic mode buying people are doing.
Add in just how gawddamn much I wanted the thing and I'm MORE than happy to hit "Buy Now" for a grand.
I'll probably sell 2 of the 3 33rd-ers for more than this itemized amount. Not gouging, just put em on GB- seen go for $80-129 with bids.

Technically it's the OD that is discontinued, not the FDE.
Congrats on getting what you wanted.

I never understood the term "won" when talking about an auction. Bought=yes, outbid=yes, but not won.
Good luck with your purchase. I hope it is everything you expect it to be.

What a tease, its like going to a strip club and only getting to watch , teasing the GT nation with FDE sightings without at least telling what stores and where

Hey, whether you overpaid or not is not the issue here. The bottom line is you got a gun that you really wanted and will be with you for a very long time. If you had not bought it at that price, you may not have found one that you could have purchased. I have purchased some in the past that were overpriced and I knew it, but I wanted them very much at the time and still have every one of them to this day. Just enjoy the gun and do not listen to everyone else.
Congratulations on having a gun that you wanted and like, I would be happy too.

Anybody know any websites that are selling new (not like new) but brand new FDE gen 3 glock 23's? If so would you mind sharing them? I've been on the hunt for them. Would be much appreciated.

That wad basically my mindset- never being able to find it at a time when I have money to burn would be maddening. I am gonna have it forever... or at least until some guy is willing to pay $1500 for the package lol.
But yeah 2 of the 33 rounders I'll surely sell for profit to help take a small chunk outta what I may/may not have "overpaid."
Thanks for the encouraging words
