7.62x51 Will it ever go below .70c ???
I can buy 7.62x51 NATO M80 Ammo right now for .70 cents a shot.
Are we going to see it below .70c again? Should I just buy up lots if this ammo?
It was .50c a shot only 3 months ago. But is it ever going to go back down?

I believe it may oneday come down to $.60 and possibly $.50 but I wouldn't hold my breath for it. I'm sure Obunga is trying to block the import of large quanities of surplus. Even before the panic 762X51 surplus was almost impossible to find.

Well, if you buy up lots of it at the current high price, and there are enough people behaving in like manner, no. It will never come back down in price.
Only two things can make the price go down. Increased supply or decreased demand.
But don't let economics get in the way of a good panic.

Man if it would just drop back to .50 , I would stockpile thousands! Because I don't think you would be able to get it for that price in 15-20yrs from now.

As hard as it may be, if we all stopped buying, hoarding, etc right now, everything would come back down...but I won't fault a man for spending his hard earned $$ on whatever he wants.

I just got a flyer that had Nato 147g for $0.60 a shot which is not bad. I will do a bit of digging tomorrow to see if I can find it (I get a lot of gun related flyers in the mail).
What I really miss are the German surplus battle packs. Top quality (not reloadable), but accurate and incredibly deadly (fragments like M193 5.56). US Nato 7.62x51 is more accurate, but it just zips through without fragmenting.

The best deals were always the big wooden cases delivered to the door, but it was real nice to walk in to the gun shop and see a pallet sized stack of battle packs.
