I don't arbitrarily disobey laws because i feel like it. there is a difference.

I have a right to life given to me by God, not Obama or Bush or Washington or the Supreme Court. If there was no government at all I would still have the right. If we were taken over by a foreign army, I still have that right. It is independent of and pre-exists all government. I have a right to defend it as well. I couldn't care less what anyone else has to say about it.
Exactly. We have learned nothing from Milgram, as his experiment is replicated time and time again. I'm not following anything morally reprehensible. I have an allegiance to my family and those around me. I'm a citizen of the earth, made by God. All nation-states can kiss my ass.

Either you are being flippant or as I suspect, you don't really know your history on the implementation of the constitution.

Please explain to me the arguments between Madison and Hamilton on the meaning of the constitution. Both men were in the room when it was written.

Also explain to me the arguments between Madison and Jefferson. Though Jefferson wasn't in the room, he was one of the main founding fathers. They argued about it until Jefferson's death in 1826 some 39 years after the constitution was written.

If the COTUS has a simple interpretation, please explain this history. Don't skate around the issue.
True enough.

The COTUS has been in constant debate since before it was written. By those about to write it, those who did write and ratified it and many who have followed them.

Funny how the very men who wrote and debated the darn thing themselves seem to know this would occur and set up processes to encourage, allow and resolve the debates that were to come over the COTUS. Almost like it was all part of the design.

But to some their interpretation is the only "true" one. And noting is open to debate with them because if you disagree with them it is only because you are a ignorant uneducated fool. Those folks are funny to watch, read and listen too IMO. And there seem to be more than a few on the internet

I am not sure if it was intentional. However IMHO, This is the only reason that we have the world's oldest constitution. Without this design it would never lasted 200 and some years.
