Horse tastes just fine. A little darker red than beef. Other than that, almost impossible to tell a difference.

And, yes, I have eaten horse steak and fondue bourguignonne served with horse and beef. The fondue bourguignonne was all you can eat horse...

In French speaking cultures, they eat horse.

One of the best winter salami I tasted in Europe is made with 30% horse meat. The brand name is Sibiu.

Hore, cow, so what?

Interesting that horse apparently costs less than cow in Ireland - not here.

I am not sure if I care if I have a whore or a cow. Neither one excite that much. Kinda like asking me who is hotter..Janet Reno or Hillary Klinton.

Depending on the state, a great deal. Many states do not legally classify horses as livestock therefore making their butchering for consumption illegal. HH

If you have spent more than a week in France, you have eaten horse meat.

I thought it was a little sweeter than beef. Very tender if done correctly.

No matter what they put in it, Booger King is nasty, and their fries are some of the worst fries out on the market.

When I was a kid in the early 80's, my dad took me to a livestock auction in Kentucky somewhere. I remember having a burger that I was told was horse meat. Dad might have been just playing around with me, but I remember the burger tasting different and being good.
