Teens allegedly trying to rob guys get shot...

Not sure why they weren't allegedly shot, seeing as how a gun was recovered at the scene of the "alleged" robbery...

http://www.detroitnews.com/article/2...ob-him-Detroit

2nd CPL shooting in a week, last one was a girls BBall coach, walking players to their car after a game when accosted by teens.

So a good guy with a gun stops a bad guy with one, maybe somebody was right about this philosophy

No No!!!

They were good boys. They sang in a choir, cared for lost puppies, squeezed rainbows out of their rear ends and never got into trouble.

At least the article gets it correct that the victims were unharmed.

Why do all the radical gun nuts interfere with these angels trying to turn their lives around?

Yessir. Once again, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away. Echoing others' comments, thank goodness the 2A still stands..... I realize that LE can't be everywhere all the time. Glad these old geezers were self reliant! As far as pending charges against the victims, well, WTF?

Non of these people below were actually quoted saying this but its a consensus on what/how they would responded to this.

Feinstein : They should have called the cops.
Bloomberg : If this was in NY and everyone turns in their guns they'd be safe.

Common sense guy : What magical land would your attackers allow you to call the cops and do you think in that few seconds you could grab your cell, dial, wait for the dispatcher, tell them whats happening, they dispatch a unit and get there in the few seconds you have. The bad guys dont turn in their guns.

Feinstein :
Bloomberg : I told their mayor to ban soft drinks over 12 ounces. Those kids had a 20 ounce big gulp, too much sugar caused them to be obese and so they rob to get cash for a diet to help their self esteem.

Common sense guy :

Mama- you are correct. Those utility workers were out freezing their asses and said: " Who can we shoot today?" Well your boys were collecting bottles to clean the environment and just happened to walk in that alley and here we are. Just a coincidence that a gun was found also. Damn- hate it when that happens.

Mitchell said she can't see her sons right now and nobody is giving her information on the case.

"I'm not understanding why I cannot get information on my children,. They're minors," said Mitchell.

The hospital told the boys' mother that even though they are minors, she may not have information on the kids because they are technically in police custody.
Dear Selena Mitchell,

You are a little late to the party. If you had taught your sons Nicko and Devante the difference between right and wrong they would not be in police custody.

See, it's like this. Your sons are thugs. They have guns. They rob people. You just didn't want to know about it. Your in denial. No that's not a river in Egypt. Maybe, just maybe this event will show them the error in their ways. If not, the next person that they try to rob might just be a better shot and you will be arranging two funerals.

Regards,
HH
