Just got a call from a landline in Kirkland, WA a few minutes ago. I didn't get to answer but tried to call them back and the number is "no longer available" and reverse lookup says its a unlisted number. Weird.
Tele-marketing companies spoof their Caller ID numbers. I never answer anything unless I know the number or feel like venting steam on some poor, un-suspecting soul.

Never answer is best. Some of these calls are from robocallers just finding out if it is a working number and if they get an answer they put your number on a list they sell to telemarketers.
I got the same call tonight and I answered it. It was a recording asking if anyone in my family had used the drug "Yaz" and had experienced any of it's side-effects. I didn't listen to the whole recording...
