I'll adopt me some of them Frenchie chickadees. There was this one chick in my graduate class that was a foreign exchange student. She shaved everywhere. If ya know what I mean.

French President Hollande says that the Labor Minister misspoke - I think he might be right on the money. France's single largest cost is their socialized healthcare system. It's cost threatens France's membership in the EU. It has been described "as the best healthcare system that no one can afford."
