If you went South on 81 for an hour or so you'd get to Blue Ridge Community College which has that students with CCW can carry to class as well

I wonder what the crime rate is around that CC? With all of those CCWers, it is likely very low.

It's S.W. VA. EVERYONE carries even before the law was passed. Unfortunately it's the beginning of meth country as well so I don't know if one overrules the other.

Hope more universities allow CC, best deterrent there is. Maybe this will have some impact!
