In your second sentance, when you said "or" what I think you meant to say is "then if you refuse to leave"

Yup.. these threads come up about BW3 all the time.

I don't think it's nationwide... I've done a lot of plumbing work for BW3, and have never saw one of their stores posted... I'll drive by one tomorrow and see if they've posted recently. As of about 2mo ago, the two that I went to.. they were not posted.
However, I agree w/ lunarspeak... if it's not against the law for you to ignore the sign, and you can carry where alcohol is served.. who cares? If they ask you to leave, then politely get up and leave...
Edit: By the way, their food sucks.. so my boycott really isn't going to do much.

No management has no duty to ask you to leave before calling law enforcement after all you already showed your willingness to violate the policy

I quit eating there when they became Buffalo Wild Wings and the food turned to ----, so not a problem for me. Back in the 90's, when it was BW3's it wasn't bad.

on topic: BWW has always been like this and no, the sign carries no weight here.
To your point: I agree, it's a quandary for me personally. One of the few things I can say I am clearly a hypocrite on. I always say that a business should be able to ban anyone they want for any reason. I would NEVER carry a gun in a friend or acquiantance's house if I knew they did not want me to. I do however carry into businesses with signs all the time. I have no explanation for it, but it is what it is.
BWW is not relevant though, went once, will never go back. Loud, crappy service, really crappy food, d-bags galore.

went there tuesday, no stupid sign. I usually do takeout but if i did eat i can carry my gun. Our only law is not becoming intoxicated, and something about "establishments made primarily for serving of alcohol" the no gun sighn will carry rule of law. But, many dont post it.

They have a right to post a sign that says they don't want my money.

Most little towns here in Georgia have at least one decent independant wings joint.
Heck, there's one within walking distance from me and I live in a tiny town.
Why would anyone sit down for that type of food?

You really can't go out of business selling good fried chicken in Atlanta... the closer to downtown you get, the better business can be.
I've seen a Popeyes, Church's, KFC, Wing Shack and a Mrs. Winners all within less than 1/4 mile and they are all always busy. Three of them their parking lots touch.

They were already posted here and somewhat off limits with the ambiguity nonsense of my conceal carry laws.

I have eaten at a BW3 twice. Two times too many. Once was in Honolulu and it was the only thing that we could get into quickly and the kid was starving.
And not two times too many because of CCW. The food sucks and is over priced.

What the sign actually says is.
"I am a dumb ass that thinks this sign will deter a criminal from entering my store with a gun."
I wish all the anti gun businesses would do such as post these signs. I don't want to accidentally give money to people I despise

+1 totally agree

But do they have the 51% sign? They might.

That's how it is here in Georgia. We can also carry into a bar, but we have to get permission from the owner/management.
The sign also doesn't mean squat here in Georgia.
