That's just a secondary reason not to go there.

most CCW holders cant carry there because there is alcohol served,,,and if your in a state that can carry in a place that has booze just do it....unless the server does a pat down dont worry about it,all they can do is ask you to leave..
i asked a BWW manager about this once and he said it was required by thiere insurance company.....not thier faults

What the sign actually says is.
"I am a dumb ass that thinks this sign will deter a criminal from entering my store with a gun."
I wish all the anti gun businesses would do such as post these signs. I don't want to accidentally give money to people I despise.

In Florida if there liquor license primary is food, then you can carry. I'm going to send them an email later today. Florida has over 1 million permit holders, so ins. Or not, its the wrong stance to take.

All locations in the USA or just particular locations?

That isn't something that just popped up. I've seen that picture, or a picture like it, before.

As much as I want to boycott them, I think I will make it a point to go in there armed whenever I can. I need to double check but I think it's legit to go in there in GA. GA only has a ban on full BARS and that is only until you speak to the owner. Signs mean nothing in GA.

If an armed robber hits one of their stores, I hope they will kindly say, "Sir, would you please read that sign on our window? Guns are clearly not allowed here."

My local BW has a separate area for the bar. I don't care if it is their insurance company for not, I will not eat there again.

This subject has come up in the past and not all of their places seem to be posted. Will drive by the local one and see if they are now posted. In Iowa you can carry where they serve but be careful since DWI rules apply. Been in the local place once for a birthday party but other than that it's not my style. The sign really means nothing here other than they can ask you to leave.

That sign is not compliant with Tx law (ie 30.06 sign) and is meaningless

You are correct.
If you are found out management can ask you to leave or call LE have you trespassed and escorted out.
I am curious as to why you would make it a point of violating the private property rights of others?
Not judging just curious seems we have a visible double standard in our community among some as to what rights are actually due our respect.

I have never eaten at one and now probably never will. FL law permits carry in places whose primary business is selling food, as noted above. I love Buffalo wings so they were on my list. I'm not going to carry in violation of store policy either. They don't want to honor the 2nd Amendment and basic right to self defense I don't plan on supporting them with my business.

I agree with you. This is a brand new location in Ybor City that hasn't been open a month yet. My wife runs the nightclub next door and showed me the sign. She was upset and she's a Democrat!?.. Said she won't go there again. My son and I have eaten there a few time while my wife was doing paperwork at the office. We will happily spend our money else where.
Here's a link to complain to your local stores.

The BW3s around my area have had those signs for years. Even before it was legal to carry if you weren't drinking in a place that serves booze.

My email:
I understand that this is a brand new location that has been opened for less than a month. But with over 1 million concealed weapons permits in Florida, I feel you would respect the 2nd amendment right of FREE people. The 2nd amendment states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed, and yet you posted an anti 2nd amendment sign on your front doors banning firearms from law abiding citizens. Clearly this is your right, and so I and all my friends will happily spend our money elsewhere.
Please keep in mind this sends a message to the criminals that no one there is armed, and sadly I hope they patronize your establishment and give you what you deserve.
Feel free to join the discussion on our online forum.

Not at my location. I was in there the other day with my P938. Even had a conversation with the assistant manager and we discussed guns in a very positive manner.

I've been to the one in Prescott Valley twice, and both times the service was sub-par, the food mediocre, and the place populated by Jersey Shore type D-Bags...
My boycott of them will not make a difference since I long ago stopped going...
