CA compliant 4 NY ?

From what I read of our great states new laws a current CA non detachable magazine ar 15 that only held 7 rounds would not constitute an assault rifle under the ban. Does anyone else agree ?

Instead of trying to find ways to comply with the law -why don't you sign up for the law suit to get it overturned! Or better yet take your guns, money and family and move out of that state. As a former NY resident I can't tell you enough how much freedom you don't have! I don't ask for permission where I live to exersise my God given right! Can own just about any gun I wish, as many as I wish, carry any time I wish both OC/CCW ,don't pay for a permit to own. Thats what freedom is can you say you have the same freedom!

It can't have a muzzle brake, compensator, or a threaded barrel of any kind...looks like only a crowned barrel would be okay BUT it also can't have any sort of pistol grip, even if it's a thumbhole stock or any other type of protruding grip loophole setup. It's a one feature ban, not a two feature one like before.
