Let's stop the blame game and use our wits to come up with something constructive. I'm sick of seeing all this deviseness.

We hang together or we hang seperately.United we stand, divided we fall.

Remember this administration..er..regime is all about the classic divide and couquer tactic. Look, we can blame democrats , praise fake republicans like romney, and ***** til' the cows come home, but where does that get us in the end?

The tree of liberty must be as dry as the sahara right about now...

God help us.

I for one would love to see all firearm and ammo manufacturing companies leave states that do not support their business and that means leave states that are not fully behind the 2nd. It would send such a powerful message.

Agreed. IF they do make 7-round mags for this State, I hope they also supply them to the LEOs and politicians that carry out of spite.

I just read the stipulations of this law:

BACKGROUND CHECKS ON AMMUNITION????

ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???????

My God, that is the most ignorant and stupid thing i have ever heard......

NY, you can go SUCK IT!!!!!

God i'm glad i live in KY, our Governor has already said we are not passing any new bull-crap laws......we only have to worry about the goon up in the white house, which is really enough.....

to all the gun-enthusiasts/conservatives in NY, GET THE HELL OUT OF THAT RAT-HOLE

Their electronic database of ammo purchases will also flag any "unusually" large purchases.

I'd love to see firearm manufacturers refuse to sell to LE in the states that don't allow civilians to own their guns, like Barrett did.

Edit: I might add if you live in NY and you recently voted for a Democrat state legislator, you have only yourself to blame.

No kidding. They need to pack up and move out of those states, too.

NY is such a dump, I hated that I had to drive through that ****hole to leave the northeast before and I hate I have to go through it now to visit my parents when driving back from NY. Also sucks that I can't drive through the state without buying gas, I hate supporting them in any way.

I do the same thing when I drive through Illinois or other anti-gun states. I refuse to fill up with gas or make any other purchases.

Seriously, what the hell. I'm glad I'm making plans to move to Colorado by the end of the year...total move at trying to eliminate people's abilities to get magazines, last I checked no one made 7 rounders...I'm not even sure if there is a grandfather clause.

Can we vote to ban anti-gun legislators? That would be fun.
We respect your views, unfortunately, you are unable to run for office.
I know it's a smart ass comment, but after this deal in NY, I am at a loss for words.
I really feel sorry for all the great gun owners who just got screwed.

Can someone point out a link or resource to the bill, regarding the dirty details? Especially the ammunition portion.

Sorry New York gun owners, but it's time for all gun owners in the rest of the States in this Country to boycott New York State across the board! The politicians have taken away their rights and ours too! Now like before, the criminals didn't abide by your laws and now you give them a free hand! The law abiding gun owners get punished by the politicians because they didn't do their jobs protecting children or even just the innocent! You can't keep the guns out of the sickos hands but you take away the rights of the people! Any other state, city or county that wants to punish law abiding citizens by taking away their guns, we all need to boycott them also.
