I needed a laugh and this fit the bill!

For me, two-point VTAC sling and Blackhawk four-pouch chest rig (a bit ragged after two carbine classes) sourced from SOE.

carbine classes? where? who's teaching?
Onga pala sa SOE, maka pasyal
I used a single point sling sa subgun though i've never practiced transitioning to pistol
i'm sure it will be painful nga
Reading Bravo Two Zero, i'm surprised the SAS do not use slings at all

sa mahilig sa movies na may m4 , eto idownlo... este hanapin nyo sa legitimate dvd stores
btw, anyone know what optics he is using?

I had mine in Cebu but the SOE guys may know, that is, if any will be conducted at all due to the difficulty in getting PTTs. I assure you should you join one it will be most enjoyable (don't forget to have a massage afterwards).

Not only the SAS but the Royal Marines eschew slings, which I believe is the reason for what happened as recounted by British Apache pilot Ed Macy in his book, when they got back after their rescue mission it was discovered that one of the Royal Marines left his SA-80 rifle behind, he had to put it down to carry the Marine they were rescuing.

During my patrol rifle class, we tried everything from one point to whatever point to use. In the end the SWAT operator said, "Whatever you are comfortable with, use it." So I opted for the three point.
It was easy for me to transition from rifle to pistol during scenarios. Mags were loaded by the instructors to simulate failures both for pistol and rifle. During one of the courses my rifle had become empty so I swung my rifle away transitioning to pistol to engage multiple targets. The school was demanding where 40 other LEOs watching me. One of the best shooters was as old as I was. He had iron sights and I with EOTech. He never missed the black. I, on the other hand hit the target but some were outside the black....

ok I confess this happened to me before
Besides single point might look cool but those are for those rescue team etc etc... MOre options for carry on a 2 point sling.

Me 2 mags (pouch) on the left hip

He is using an ACOG with what looks like a fast fire on top

I've been doing the same when bored. But there's nothing like live fire.

I watched a video of Larry Vickers and his "coin dry-fire drill" where you balance a coin (in his case a dime but 1 peso would do) on top of the barrel, then present the rifle and squeeze the trigger, the coin should not fall when the trigger is pulled.
