an old video of Bob Mundon
http://www.wimp.com/fastestgunman/
Almost unbelievable!
Watch at the end when he's in slow -motion.
An ex-FBI Agent who was supposedly timed in 3/10's of a second. This guy could shoot you even if you were holding a gun on him. Your reaction would not be fast enough to pull the trigger.

when we saw him his wife was out shooting him at 100 yds.
I remember when he said, you want to know how it feels when I make a mistake with my timing.
His holster had a very stout piece of metal coming out of and extending away from the bottom of it.
He said, "get a large hammer and hit yourself in the leg as hard as you can".

I heard he died a few weeks ago. Did not see anything here about it, may have missed it. I liked him. Amazing talent.
RIP Bob.

Simply amazing. Bob Mundon is awsome!! It seems that he now does alot of trick shots. Does he still do fast draw in his old age?

Yeah. Throw a penny over his grave and he hits it from the casket. It's a pretty cool trick.

I dunno. I think Tom Knapp could give him a run for the money. Much less a showman, but dang - that guy just has a laser-beam focus on the CENTER of something. It's not so much he hits crap, it's that he aims for this infinitely small point in the center of whatever he is shooting.

Once these amazing legends are gone, what replaces them? Some tek junkie that racked up 1 million kills on halo 3? I have been lucky enough to see some of these guys live and its an experience worth all the gold in fort knox.

Ammo will be too expensive for new guys to develop the skills.

Apparently cameramen were bullet proof back in the 60's. I know I'm not the only one who noticed that camera was not just sitting on a tripod by itself.
