If gun confiscation were to start........
Will some/any FFLs' start destroying bound books and form 4473s' if confiscation were to start???
While I don't think confiscation is an option for the government I think HBO (Holder-Biden-Obama) are out to gut the Bill of Rights.

The government surely hopes so. That way they can federally incarcerate all FFLs, effectively stopping the flow of new guns into the public.

Confiscation won't happen. There are more guns than people in some states. Wyoming comes to mind.

If that happens, you're likely to see a second revolution in this nation. Something nobody wants, although I think If Obama could confiscate he would.

i very much doubt that FFl's will destroy 4473's ..while im no expert isnt it against the law to destroy these ??
im sure whith the threat of jail and or fines your LGS owner will not only give them the forms but will drive them to your house..

What good will a 4473 in the hands of the feds do? I've sold all my guns since purchasing them. And I'm not required to keep bills of sale.

In Alabama you know every single house has a gun, so they don't even need the 4473's ...

I also wonder if the government is going to be able to provide enough fueling stations for our nuclear powered flying cars.

Confiscation would mean voting is not longer an option for changing government

I have to really wonder what I would do if Harris County SWAT came rolling up in their APC and Kevlar demanding my guns.
Would I have the conviction to die for this right or hand them over and live to fight another day.

This.
I don't think they are stupid enough to try it because they know what has the very real potential to happen.
That doesn't mean they wouldn't like to take them all just like you said.

There will be no confiscation.......

Stupid question, of course the government will provide fueling stations, right now my local Whole Foods store has four charging stations for electric cars paid for with stimulus bucks.

Not hardley.
They are business owners. They don't want jail time, and to lose their business.

They won't have any business if the scenario played out anyway.

Exactly. It's going to be difficult to keep the doors open on a gun shop that can't sell guns.

I would imagine some local gun owners would break in, find the 4473's, and burn the place down if the owners already hadn't.

And many of those guns have no paper. Therefore, any real confiscation would require every single household searched...and that is basically impossible unless current BATFE agent's unborn great-grandchildren will be part of it. HH

There will be Waco's all over the country. People are fired up now as we should be. They come to your house. That will be the breaking point.

I have already started getting rid of my guns and ammo by FTF transactions. By the end of the month they should all be gone.
