I dont know about that particular one, but go to bleepingcomputer.com. Go to the download tab and on the lefthand side you will find the top downloaded programs. That contains everything you will most likely need. Download rkill.com and run it. Then download and run tdsskiller. That will check for and remove root kits. Next download and install malwarebytes. If malware bytes doesnt find it or doesnt remove everything, your next step is to use combofix. Before running combofix, check to make sure all your files are in their normal locations and that your start menu looks like it normaly does. Combofix will remove all temp files after it runs, so if the virus has moved anything into a temp file, which happens alot with the nastier versions of malware, then you will loose it all. Cross your fingers that you dont have to use combofix. It typically works perfectly fine, but it can cause issues as well. Iv used adwcleaner once and had good results, so it wont hurt if you want to use that too. Once you have removed any malware, download ccleaner. Remove all temp files and clean the registry(Do the reg backup when prompted, its worth it). Most likely just saved you at least 70 bucks. Also, I would never trust a random online website with remote access to my pc. Thats a real easy way for ransomeware to get installed.

TDSS Killer did nothing, and neither did Mbytes. I'll try the others.

Did they not find anything or did malware bytes freeze up midway?

Sappy offers good advice.
You should also do this:
- On a clean, uninfected PC, download the Kaspersky Rescue CD. You'll download an ISO file.
- Download and install IMGBurn.
- Use IMGBurn to burn the ISO to a CD or DVD.
- Boot your computer to the disc. Update the program and have it run its scan. Be sure to check the box for it to scan your C drive.
I've had good results with this program.
