Glk5, we have all read the extreme thoughts on anti gun control here.
I understand how Jones came off to middle America. La Pierre came off poorly. He didnt do much for the cause.
Jones slipped only when he let the conversation go to 911.
We dont all agree on everything on GT. The thing we agree on the most is that we own/love Glock pistols.
At least someone had the nads to stand up to Piers and give it back for once.
Its on again at 2300CST. I am sticking around to see it again.

Don't know this Jones or many others that appear and fall down under a TV settings of this last few years. Don't follow that closely since the 2008 election.
I could see this coming as clear as a buffalo in a bath tub.
I've been pro gun since a tiny boy.
But can't count how many on this very forum can come off as some pretty dizzy thinkers. When it comes to fire arms. And your futures....
After 20 plus years of writing to politicians local up through Presidents. with pen paper, stamps and spending hours of trying to find public officials addresses.
I've retired and let you young pros get in and get your feet wet.
Well,,, just like the election and your overwhelming choices it seems you've pretty much sewed up what you have wrought and are going to have to live with the results of that dizzy thinking.
You were warned a plenty.

I'm pretty sure it's harder to hurt God's feelings than you think. Only men care about what other men say about God, care so much that they fight wars and break commandments over it. My God is pretty darn secure in himself.
A weak showing is better than someone showing their "nads". This is not a schoolyard confrontation to show who is tougher. This is about retaining our rights, preferably by peaceable means. Pratt did a better job, he was meek, but made Morgan look like an a-hole, even though Morgan "won".
We have to convince America that we are just like them, even though we may own 50 guns, many of them "assault rifles". We are not going to convince them by browbeating and crazy conspiracies.

Look, I don't care what anybody says, that was hysterical television. Nobody watches Piers' stupid show anyway so who cares. All of the lefty's hate guns regardless of this nut job showing up on Piers Morgan and lighting the wick. They all think we're nuts anyway and they're the only ones that watch that dumb program.
Let's be honest with ourselves. If we all of the sudden pander to the lefty's and play nice by debating fairly with a nobody like Piers Morgan, do you really think the left is going to see our side of the argument as truth?
I don't care how crazy Alex is that was funny. He would have accomplished nothing by debating Piers Morgan fairly, NOTHING. At least in his caffeine rage he got to make some very pro-gun 2A points, hammer them home and get off of that useless scum of a television show largely unscathed personally (minus Piers luring him into the absurd 911 comments he made).
Plus, in all fairness, he's not the one actually defending our rights in congress or otherwise so I don't care how much of an idiot he acts like on some useless show like Piers Morgan. I was happy to see somebody light that clown up for what he is...Scum.
Let's be realistic, Piers Morgan's show is nothing more than entertainment...and that was entertaining!

Alex is an entertainer. He now will have tens of thousands more listeners tomorrow. He knew what he was doing, say something shocking and people will listen. Howard Stern affect. Morgan knew it and got him hook line and sinker.

Alex Jones could have dominated if he just slowed down and let Piers explain why he is in America? Explain Why he uses armed guards himself? And explain how disarming 200 million innocent law abiding citizens will stop the next massacre?
He blew up and made us regular folks look bad.

I stopped listening to AJ a long time ago, mostly because his style is not conducive to me getting the sleep, as that,s when I like to listen to Internet radio.
But this was GREAT!
If for no other reason than PM was PISSED.
Sure he looked like a whacko, but it was worth it seeing him lay into that scumbag.
