FPS Russia's Manager Executed
Evidently Keith Ratliff, manager of FPS Russia, was bound to a chair and shot in the back of his head. Very little additional information is coming out, as the investigating autorities are being very tight lipped.
It also apppears that Mr. Ratliff was not liked by all. Might have been a shady business person.

John Noveske was killed a few days ago, supposedly in a car accident.

Interesting. I barely know what FPS Russia is/was, but Keith Ratliff was from the town I live in.
I can only find the story on Topix - none of the local TV or newspapers are reporting it, although they would normally report something like this.
EDIT: OK, I see - he was murdered in Georgia, but some locals were saying he was murdered in KY. Coincidentally, he is from Franklin Co., KY and was murdered in Franklin Co., GA, so there is confusion. Never mind.

I personally don't even consider Franklin county to be part of Georgia.Seems like most people there are from South Carolina.

I would submitt that FPS Russia's site is the 10th ranked site on YouTube.
That's at least some money, how much I really have no idea.

Gee whiz, I just found out about FPS Russia's videos earlier this morning, because of this video:
But then I looked at all the videos he's posted and was amazed at the weapons he's got, or has access to, that I know I'll never even see in person let alone shoot.
But in the comments of the videos, most people are saying it's not the 'talent' guy you see in the videos who was killed. Don't know enough to say.

The guy who was killed is a web marketing guy, who may be the brains behind it, but is not the guy in the videos. Apparently it pays well, judging from what he says about his sail boat and travel and such.

What will be interesting is to see what FPS Russia says about this situation in his next video. That is if he himself isn't involved, and if he does another video.
I think I'll pop on over to his site and see if there is any mention of this situation in it.

Top youtube video people can make a ton of money. That combined with tshirt and other merchandising sales, he makes more than many of us do.....and he makes it by shooting cool weapons.
His safety gear and trigger control are lacking big time though.

I'm not 100% sure that was real. He has some hookups with top cg guys. Check out the quadracopter vid.
