It was not a tax cut, it was a temporary decrease, most of us knew it would be increasing before we received our most recent paycheck. It should have never been decreased in the first place, but I'll leave that to a different thread.

What source do you have that supports your statement that the freeloaders are getting more money? I don't believe they are giving out an increase in these programs. Do you have a source to support your statement? And you forgot to mention the parasites on Medicare and Medicaid. That is the largest waste of tax dollars in my opinion. Same with Social Security.

Um, I pay into Medicare and SS. Damn right I want something back. But as it is I'll never get back what I put into it.

We'll get it back, just in extremely inflated dollars.
It's obvious that monetizing the debt, and future entitlement obligations, is the only plan being implemented at present, or likely to be used in the future.
We'll get what we were promised in pre-inflation dollars. And, be lucky if it will buy a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk during our retirement.
Convince me I'm wrong. It would make me happy.
