How much should a new G34 cost?

Title says it. Also, how should it perform compared to my G19?

We have no idea where you're from - which matters - and no idea if you possibly mean LEO, GSSF, retail, Gen3 or Gen4??? We also don't know its intended purpose.

The only answer I can give about performance is that you'll get a higher muzzle velocity out of a longer barrel. What do you consider performance - accuracy?

My local dealer here in lower Alabama charges $485 for LEO, $510 for GSSF and $699 full retail.(Edit: none in stock for LEO and GSSF at the moment)

At a new LGS here in Tampa, FL they had a gen4 for $649, ouch.

I paid $550 for my gen3 a few years ago.

That's roughly GSSF price, which you failed to mention.

No "ouch" about it, that is a good price unless you can go the LEO or GSSF route.

If you are talking about a new G34/G35 then you made out like a bandit!

I actually didn't buy it but a friend did, it was about 630.00 with tax.

I bought a low round count, used 17L for 475.00.

You can join on that link. You have to be a member to take a Glock Armorer's class or to shoot in GSSF matches.

Blue label is the same for gen 3 or 4. I pay blue label price, but have seen prices anywhere from $589-$700. It is ridiculous being the lgs charges more for the gen 4. It costs the same, from glock.

Isn't the price for the 34/35 usually about $100 higher than the price for Fullsize/compact/sub and about the same price as the 10mm/45 size guns?

I've been wondering about that. No matter where I look the Gen 4s are more money.

What is blue label eligibility?

Never mind, I've found a list of requirements at http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=230501

You are correct and I do believe some people on this forum when quoting prices they paid are not talking about G34/G35s. They are comparing apples to oranges.

Off the top of my head - and I'm pretty sure I'm right - just too lazy to double check right now...

LE, Individual Officer Price:
Small Frame Glocks 9mil, .40, .357: $398.20
Large Frame Glocks .45, .10: $464.20
34 or 35: $480.20

GSSF pricing is $27 additional across the board.

MANY (but not all) Blue Label 34s and 35s come with a 5# connector and standard sights as they are set up as LEO duty guns.

Gen4s have been the same price as Gen3s around here, but if you win a gun at a GSSF match there is a $35 upcharge from Glock for the Gen4s.

It is special pricing for police, military, emt, firefighter, gssf, glock armorer. A glock armorer is allowed up to 2 blue label purchases per year, gssf 1 purchase.

We're talking Blue Label as being the same price - or at least I am. If I buy a gun, it's Blue Label, if I win a gun from Glock, they are Red and White labels - but then again, they are free.

Glock doesn't do that Armoror Blue Label any more as I understand - and it must be true because a lot of people have been beeotching about the policy change on this forum.
