I not only would enforce a magazine ban, I hope we get one. I hate almost all magazines. Home & Garden, Oxygen, Oprah, and a ton of others. Every time I go into a waiting room the damn things are everywhere. I'd throw people's sorry asses in jail for reading that garbage and trying to get me to read it. I say we make it a 3rd degree felony to possess and a 1st degree felony to distribute.

i wont polish my boots for a while so i can have an excuse to polish them on the citizens who possess anti-obama magazines.
after a thorough boot party on said citizen now turned subject i will keep the magazines for myself, occasionally using them in a ruse sale to trap more citizens into conspiracy to buy anti-obama magazines.......
AHG, the power is going to my head, think i will take off my hat, follow some hot chick for seven miles out of my jd, then refuse all appointment requests.

Add an aggravation to it when it's 60 days or more out of date in those waiting rooms....

Well yes of course we're going to confiscate all of your magazines......probably your firearms too.
And, just for grins, we're also going to initiate a policy here at GT that one must be over 14 years of age to start a thread.
So, double whammy for you.

People do get busted for violating CA's AWB laws though, because nobody really understands every little part of it, that's the stupid part. It's way too complex and convoluted for the cops and D.A.'s and there have been many fights in the courts over people's rights.
Oh wait...
Yeah, fish sticks, even Gordon's, are pretty good. I can eat a whole box by myself.

I'm planning on drilling little holes in the bottom of all the ones I get and selling them as keychains.

Hey, back in the Jurassic era, before PC, I was in high school and had a genuine mil-surp early M-16 20 rd mag body taped to the inside of my locker door as a pencil holder.
That's use for them...."pencil holders"

Or, if possession becomes illegal, as opposed to just sale and transfer, at least for the PMags, there is a way to chop them down to legal limits. Hope it doesn't come to that.

You are out of touch. I take it you were not old enough, and / or not a gun owner during the first AWB.
NJ has a 15 round magazine limit. So...even though the federal AWB banned all magazines with capacity greater than 10 rounds, 15 round mags were (and are) still legal in NJ.
The problem became that of acquiring the 15 round mags. Or if you were able to find them for sale, being able to afford them.

Dragoon44 you are a funny guy. But seriously the COPS in my part of the world seem buys with calls for service. So unless hey hire, and train more LEO's, I will assume like many laws. Magazine Band Enforcement will take a back seat to things like responding to 911 emergencies.
