Great news LW!

I am not a Christmas person - where gifts are concerned. I prefer to show love all year round.

My wife is a wonderful person. She knows that for many years I've wanted a replica 1903-A4. So... on Thursday a package arrived at the local gunshop. I was informed that I needed to go pick it up. That package was a exceptionally nice replica 03-A4 that I'd been "looking at." If she hadn't pushed the issue, I'd still be "looking."

That's the bike, soon it's gonna be farkled to all hell.

My girlfriend knitted me a cowl, made me a mandolin strap from paracord, got me a fleece, a new key lanyard, and some other stuff. Her folks gave me a gift basket of beer, boilo, some oranges, and fruit cake.

Great news, Lone Wolf. Best gift of all is a new "lease on life".

My wife gave me two shirts from LLBean, and I gave myself a 'presentation grade' black walnut stock for my M14, and the thing is tiger-striped from end to end. Prettiest piece of wood I've ever seen. The shirts are nice, but that stock is amazing!

Merry Christmas to you all.
