Who wants to live in a Police State?

Why stop at armed guards in schools? Don't we need them in malls, theaters, markets, hospitals, churches, synagogues, and virtually everywhere people congregate?

Maybe we could nationalize them, and give them nice matching black uniforms?

Think how safe we'll be.

So armed guards get elevated to police now?

all it takes is visible guns?

I guess CCW'ers and open carry folks are the advanced shock troops of the police state.

If I recall correctly they also committed genocide against those with diseased minds.

GNG would be a lot quieter then....

Yes, it would.

It'd be the only message board. For the men in black.

How about taking all the fire alarms and sprinklers out of schools and stop having fire drills? I mean when was the last time a school caught on fire? What a waste of time and money.

Fire drills are just a way of indoctrinating kids to follow orders from authority.

That model only worked the first time because that's really what most people want.

Aren't you the guy who started this thread,

http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/show....php?t=1458835

Making fun of people who think that registration is a prelude to confiscation (Ala' Nazi Germany), and now YOU are comparing armed guards in schools to the same thing?

Can you point me to a thread of yours that isn't an exercise in bovine scatology?

California has really messed you up,we have sworn LEO in every school in my county. They handle those problematic kids,fights/dope ect.

It's kinda a reach ta compare the 2.BTW,I don't really have a dog in this thread,we home school. My wife has a masters and I have a BA.Your reach/stretch that you equate schools that have "security" ta "Hitler" type activities.

I'm the first ta stand against an over reaching government. If the rules state kids can't carry weapons at school ta defend themselves/I did. Then the folk that passed them there laws oughta be required ta provide security in this day and age.'08.

This may not be going the way he intended but it certainly is enjoyable.

Foolish blind people.
We have lived in a Police State since 9-11.

The real "kittynazation" of America starts when young men are first required to put down the toilet seat.

OK... Maybe if Mas tells ya:

"If we simply prepared teachers to handle this type of crisis the way we teach them to handle fires and medical emergencies, the death toll would drop dramatically.

We don’t hear of mass deaths of children in school fires these days: fire drills have long since been commonplace, led by trained school staff, not to mention sprinkler systems and smoke alarms and strategically placed fire extinguishers that can nip a blaze in the bud while firefighters are en route.

In the past, if someone “dropped dead,” people would cry and wring their hands and wail, “When will the ambulance get here?” Today, almost every responsible adult knows CPR; most schools have easily-operated Automatic Electronic Defibrillators readily accessible; and a heart attack victim’s chance of surviving until the paramedics arrive to take over is now far greater.

The same principle works for defending against mass murders…it just doesn’t work HERE, because it is politically incorrect to employ it HERE"

- Massad Ayoob

Well, me for one, I look forward to it. I know that every time I get on an airplane, I can get a little action. Being married, I look forward to action any time I can get it...
