I was three when this happened, so my opinion is influenced by having no personal knowledge or reccolection of this case.

It kinda ticks me off that the article goes in to such detail in telling us where she lives and works and what she drives. I don't see how any of that serves any real public information interest, especially when she apparently has a child at home.

She is in hiding from a six-figure civil judgment. That is valid reason to have her assumed identity, location, and assets become public record.

To whom does she owe said judgment? Not the public. Her daughter, the unidentified male mentioned, and her coworkers do not need to be part of it.

The judgment she owes is to the original prosecutor in the case. He had filed the case over defense actions of slander and libel, and he actually WON a judgment against those involved. Aiding collection of that judgment is a valid public concern. Her employment is relevant to collection of that judgment, since her earnings may be legitimately attached. So is her status as a parent of a minor child, which would be relevant in determining attachment amounts on her wages.

Why not? They released the names of every CCW permit holder in a three county area in NY. At least this skell deserves to be outed, since she's been avoiding a court order to pay Pagones.

Plenty of blame to go around. Did you even read the link? My whole point was that abused people do irrational things and one of the initiators of this tragedy may have escaped justice.
Can you give me a little more information about the death of the Police Officer? Or the Trooper you referenced. I didn't read of that in the link I posted.
The ADA did sue (and win) for defamation and went on to become State Attorney General. I hope that would be some measure of vindication and justice for his personal suffering. It excuses nobody for their perpetration of false accusations.

Never underestimate the power a domineering male parent figure has over a female teen.

I worked a rape case on a young lady and it was very far fetched, set of my alarms right away.
When you investigate them long enough you know when your getting BS from a victim.

Calmed her down started the interview and at the right moment I gave her an escape, she took it.. Seems she was up late at her boyfirends and fell asleep, knew stepdad would beat her ***** staged the disappearance and made the false rape allegation.
(I told her we only had one type of DNA in the rape kit,and I would be asking her boyfriend for a sample)

I was able to get counseling for her and started a case on the stepdad, turns out he was abusing her physically for years , was able to arrest him and the girl ended up graduating high school.. something I did not think would happen.

Sounds like something to report to the court that rendered and enforces the judgement and to the plaintiffs who are due said judgment.

I personally don't give a damn what her problems at home were. She should have been criminally charged for falsely reporting an incident and given time. Instead, it was dropped.
Trooper did not commit suicide. The PO did. He was upset over a breakup of a relationship, not making into the Troopers, and then this nonsense. Fat al jumped on it claiming that the suicide was proof of the PO's guilt.
Pagones became an Assistant State Atty General.
She deserves everything she gets and then some.

It wasn't CCW permit holders they listed. They listed gun owners, period. In NYC, you need a permit just to be able to buy a pistol to have in the house, don't even think about getting a CCW. So the newspaper printed out the names and addresses of all permit holders and put in an interactive map showing where they live, just in case the criminals were too lazy to look it up the old fashion way as they plan their burglary to steal the guns while the owners were at work.

The PO committed suicide over other personal reasons, didn't even know this lying turdbucket, but it gave Fat Al something to attach blame because the dead PO can't fight back.
