Rest in peace, sister.

So sorry fate put you in the path of this human time bomb...

No surprise he is going that route for his defense.

I think he is going to run into some major problems with that defense since he admitted during the interview that he had stalked Jennifer for a number of days to get her routine down, and then also had the thought to hide her stolen service weapon in his attic.

Burn in hell ass hat. I have some friends that work for Milwaukee House of Corrections where he is being housed, and apparently he has bragged to other inmates about how he shot her in the face.

Update.....POS gets LIFE...

http://www.officer.com/news/11086078...ife-in-slaying

Quote:
MILWAUKEE (AP) — An Iraq War veteran who ambushed and killed his police officer wife last Christmas Eve was sentenced Friday to life in prison for gunning down the woman he called his "one love," and the earliest he could be eligible for parole is in 35 years.

Benjamin G. Sebena, 30, pleaded guilty in June to first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Jennifer Sebena. Ben Sebena has not said exactly why he killed his wife. His attorney noted that he was diagnosed with severe post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury, and sometimes has trouble distinguishing between what is real and what's not.

...After praising Sebena for his distinguished service, the judge added that thousands of other war veterans don't come home and kill their spouses.

No, LIFE is when you actually never get out. This turd is eligible for parole. Granted, he's going to be on the older side of life should he be paroled in 35 years. Still . . .

Here's to hoping his new prison husband is the same kind of husband he was.

We shall see how he fares in the pen. I know some guys that work at the jail he was being held at, and apparently he was in seg pretty much so the whole time because of a lot of threats to his life, many of which they thought to be credible and not just jailhouse talk.
