You can read the criminal complaint filed on this jerk on fox 6 news, she never had a chance, this jerk knows how to kill people, no doubt about that....rot in hell...I sure hope he does not wind up doing life in some comfy nuthouse, should some milk kneed judge take pity on him.

Rest in peace, Officer Sebena.

Damnit, real men do not abuse women. They don't hit them, they don't shoot them, they don't try to force them to be subservient. Any male who abuses women is a no-dick pansy who needs to have his ass kicked back to where he belongs in life. Like it or not, women have the same rights. Don't like it? Suck start a shotgun for all I care.

Probably a volunteer department. No one in at night.

Negative. Wauwatosa FD is full time. My thought on day one was why the F nobody heard it. 3am or any other time, gunshots almost always wake somebody up. Even if not people at the FD, the area is fairly densely populated.

As a result of that investigation, 4 spent
cartridge casings were recovered. One of those spent cartridge casings was a dull
finish metal casing containing the markings on the rear of “CCI R 9 x 18 Makarov N.”
The other 3 casings were Federal brand .40 caliber S & W silver in color, consistent with
department ammunition issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department. Officer Sebena’s
service weapon was taken in the event and was not longer on scene.
This made me hopeful that she at least was able to shoot back, until I remembered I had just read this:

Quote:
Dr.
Peterson determined the manner of death to be homicide, and the cause of death was
multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
She never had a chance from the start, then apparently was shot again with her own gun (which was later detailed in the complaint).

I wish I could go to the funeral. Out of town though.

The news around here may as well be working for his defense team. It seems like they're trying to get sympathy for this POS, showing his you tube vid, talking about how hard things were for him etc.

By far, the most disgusting and disturbing excerpt from the criminal complaint:

Quote:
Benjamin Sebena stated that he had been stalking his wife for several days. That on December 24, 2012 he laid in wait for her in the area of 1601 Underwood Avenue in the City of Wauwatosa. He waited several hours. On seeing her squad car, he came up and began to shoot her after she emerged from her break in the fire department. He said she moved like she was reaching for her firearm. He then took her gun from her holster. He then shot her in the face with her service weapon three or four times. Benjamin Sebena stated that he wanted to make sure she was dead so she wouldn’t suffer.
Talk about a sick ****.

Sounds like he shot her twice with his gun in the back of the head, then used hers to shoot her 4 more times in the face.

See some of you there saturday.

It was a detailed complaint. I would have liked it better in chronological order so you weren't jumping around on the times. Obviously, his actions/responses were what led them to do a search on his house right away. Plus you have to say that the other officer probably came forward immediately and said "hey, she said her husband put a gun to her head a couple weeks ago."

A true sociopath.... may he rot in hell.

He knew it was wrong and he chose and planned it...what a piece of garbage.

To those of you who were there today along with me, thanks for coming and showing your support. I would say the turn out from WI law enforcement was great, and was also nice to see agencies from out of state showing their support. Any guesses on total number of squads there? I would say 500+. The processional was miles of squads, as it should have been.

For those who couldnt make it....it really was a nice service.

Stay safe brothers and sisters, and always watch your six.

RIP Officer Sebena. Your service touched us all, even though most of us didnt ever have the pleasure of meeting you.

Not one of my photos, but one that shows just some of the squads in attendance:

They should reinstate the death penalty just for this turd.

He was even keeping her duty pistol as a trophy.

I feel like a small, dark hole where you cant sit or stand all the way would be better than the death penalty. Maybe I'm weird, oh well

No surprise he is going that route for his defense.

I think he is going to run into some major problems with that defense since he admitted during the interview that he had stalked Jennifer for a number of days to get her routine down, and then also had the thought to hide her stolen service weapon in his attic.

Burn in hell ass hat. I have some friends that work for Milwaukee House of Corrections where he is being housed, and apparently he has bragged to other inmates about how he shot her in the face.

Update.....POS gets LIFE...

http://www.officer.com/news/11086078...ife-in-slaying

Quote:
MILWAUKEE (AP) — An Iraq War veteran who ambushed and killed his police officer wife last Christmas Eve was sentenced Friday to life in prison for gunning down the woman he called his "one love," and the earliest he could be eligible for parole is in 35 years.

Benjamin G. Sebena, 30, pleaded guilty in June to first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Jennifer Sebena. Ben Sebena has not said exactly why he killed his wife. His attorney noted that he was diagnosed with severe post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury, and sometimes has trouble distinguishing between what is real and what's not.

...After praising Sebena for his distinguished service, the judge added that thousands of other war veterans don't come home and kill their spouses.
