Hmm, yeah, he certainly seems like a nutjob.
In a way, I guess I'm glad if he is the killer; it's unfortunate, but at least it means there was a reason other than her occupation which caused her assailant to kill her. Her being a cop was secondary to whatever domestic issues she had.
Whatever happened out there, RIP sister.

According to the latest reports the Husband was taken into custody yesterday.
Today they executed a search warrant on the residence.

Local news this morning said they have a person of interest held and they have talked to the husband. Based on the [sarcasm] stellar [/sarcasm] news stations we have around here, I'm being the person of interest IS the husband...

The husband has been charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide.

It was 0300ish, I'm sure they were asleep. I know you guys all joke about lazy sleeping firemen and all, but by that point they'd probably been on duty for 20 hours or so...

Pretty telling that the did not notify Sebena of his wife's death. He was obviously suspect #1 from the get go. The attack on the face would have told them it was someone she was intimate with.
Sucks that Wis. does not have the death penalty.

You can read the criminal complaint filed on this jerk on fox 6 news, she never had a chance, this jerk knows how to kill people, no doubt about that....rot in hell...I sure hope he does not wind up doing life in some comfy nuthouse, should some milk kneed judge take pity on him.

Negative. Wauwatosa FD is full time. My thought on day one was why the F nobody heard it. 3am or any other time, gunshots almost always wake somebody up. Even if not people at the FD, the area is fairly densely populated.

The news around here may as well be working for his defense team. It seems like they're trying to get sympathy for this POS, showing his you tube vid, talking about how hard things were for him etc.

It was a detailed complaint. I would have liked it better in chronological order so you weren't jumping around on the times. Obviously, his actions/responses were what led them to do a search on his house right away. Plus you have to say that the other officer probably came forward immediately and said "hey, she said her husband put a gun to her head a couple weeks ago."

To those of you who were there today along with me, thanks for coming and showing your support. I would say the turn out from WI law enforcement was great, and was also nice to see agencies from out of state showing their support. Any guesses on total number of squads there? I would say 500+. The processional was miles of squads, as it should have been.
For those who couldnt make it....it really was a nice service.
Stay safe brothers and sisters, and always watch your six.
RIP Officer Sebena. Your service touched us all, even though most of us didnt ever have the pleasure of meeting you.
