David Gregory of "Meet the Press" under investigation for 30 round magazine

Apparently the talking head might be in hot water for acquiring a 30 round magazine for use in his interview the other day with Wayne LaPierre. According to the report 30 round magazines are already illegal in DC. I hope this will go to show how effective a national ban would be to keep them out of the hands of people.

It'd be nice if the BATFEces thugs would kick in his door in the middle of the night and stomp his cat, break his crap and turn his house upside down giving him a taste of what would happen to the rest of us.

Of course I see this going nowhere since he's a member in good standing of the Lamestream Propaganda Corps. At best it's nothing but a dog and pony show for the consumption by those of us that raised hell about it.

In no time a document will surface, showing he is a reserve police/peace officer with some obscure agency. *poof* charges. What charges?

At the worst, his station will have to pay a fine and make some sort of PSA.

I am hoping he ends up in a cell where he is the cute, soft cuddly one, leaves in 1yr and a day, and gets a perp walk every time he has to go to court.

On a serious note, I hope the charges go away. It is ridiculous that within 4 miles of where he was, that thing was legal, as it is across more than 80% of the union. If he is arrested, I hope it awakens "America" to the stupidity of what that law is.

Also none of us knows if it's a prop. I've handled some very realistic looking guns in my time, including a very real looking Glock18C battery driven airsoft gun I flew home with from the far east AFTER 9-11 in my checked luggage into the USA without as much as a whimper. It is the same weight, balance, trigger pull and feel of a G18C - I have shot the real deal.

He's also a hypocrite. See where his kids attend school and why...

"Some interesting news has broken in the wake of the latest push for gun control by President Obama and Senate Democrats: Obama sends his kids to a school where armed guards are used as a matter of fact.
The school, Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC, has 11 security officers and is seeking to hire a new police officer as we speak.
If you dismiss this by saying, "Of course they have armed guards -- they get Secret Service protection," then you've missed the larger point.
The larger point is that this is standard operating procedure for the school, period. And this is the reason people like NBC's David Gregory send their kids to Sidwell, they know their kids will be protected from the carnage that befell kids at a school where armed guards weren't used (and weren't even allowed).
Shame on President Obama for seeking more gun control and for trying to prevent the parents of other school children from doing what he has clearly done for his own. His children sit under the protection guns afford, while the children of regular Americans are sacrificed."

Good thought except for the cat. What did the cat do? I have it on good authority that his cat does not like him.

"But, but, we are the liberal elite, we are allow to own such things, its the little people that can't!" He thinks. Probably from his own weapon.

What if the mag spring & follower were removed?

Does that make a difference?

Listen, they could always claim it was a mag embedded in the program from use of a "blue screen". The technology exists.

Now if they got a particular GTer to rat out the network...

Wait a minute... ATL Peachie works for the other folks

Elitists. Period.

This will go away with a formal lawyer authored and WRITTEN statement being read on air before long.

What do you bet that 30 round mag belongs to an AR15 he owns for self-defense in Virginia?

I want to know why Wayne LaPierre did dime Gregory out to the D.C. police.

I would love to see Gregory getting hauled out of an NBC studio in handcuffs for breaking a law he supports.

Storm in a teacup. Holder or Bloomberg will say they lent him it and that it was an airsoft facsimile. Amazingly, "it" is no longer to be found anywhere but they might find an airsoft one.
