Trust Questions

I have a nfa trust that I am at the point of getting notorized. It is going to have me and my dad as co grantors, then have me, my dad, mom, and brother as trustees. Then my mom will be the beneficiary. Will all 4 of us have to be present when it is notorized? We live in the same state, but in different parts, so ill have to make arrangements if we all have to be there.

I would think that unless you want to have (and have the space for) all of the different parties and their own notaries, you should all be present for signing. That way, only one notary stamp is necessary. When I set up my trust, I had amendments created for my dad and brother, and just sent them the paperwork to have signed and notarized.
