Sounds like a good idea, but Chicago thugs wouldn't want to go where the victims fight back, and fight back quite well. They only want to pick on the gun free zones and outnumber the victims.

Intimidation is their main tool. In a population of people who would refuse to be victims, they'd stink up the place like the little va-jay-jays they are.
