My personal opinion would be you'd probably get the order quicker waiting on backorder as opposed to waiting for them to become commonly available. Unless your order includes any G17/34 mags, in which case yes you should cancel so I can get mine quicker on the off chance you're ahead of me in the queue :-D

I think they're an excellent buy. I bought three a week & a half ago and ordered three more tonight. I couldn't believe they were still in stock. They look & feel just like Glock mags except they say KCI on the bottom, and so far they're functioning flawlessly.

On the inside, the followers look identical but the springs are slightly smaller diameter and have a black coating on them. They measure .047" while the Glock I measured was .052".

$12.95 each, with free shipping is hard to beat though.

I agree, for the money they are good mags, especially right now... There are reports that they are not drop-free, I did not experienced it with my 33rounders but changing the follower and the springs with Glock OEM should cure the problem, also if someone should ever carry such mags instead of OEM Glock mags, he should know how to strip the mag off the gun during reload... Of course I would prefer drop-free mags, but clearing stoppages and stripping mags should be the second thing one should learn and know how to do automatically after the gun safety rules IMHO.

Almost wondering if after 25 pages and 500 posts it would be worth summarizing some of the info onto the first page so people new to the thread don't have to read all the posts including the "xxx has mags" followed by "xxx is sold out". Stuff like the consensus on KCI mags, etc. just a thought.

Here is a summary: All mags are sold out, unless you want to pay an arm and a leg or want to wait until June for back-orders.

KCI mags, people either love them or hate them. For $12, IMO you can not beat them. With that said they should only be for range use, even though I have never had a problem, I wouldnt carry one just because it is not factory.

The new Gen 4 Glock 22 rounder mags i just received did not have that cut out. I believe they stop cutting that part out because that cut out was for the old style Ambidextrous mag release on the G21. Did the one you seen have both the cutouts for the ambidextrous mag release for the Gen 4 Glocks??

I have genuine Glock Gen 3 magazines both ways ones with the SF cut out and with out.
Counterfeit would be Glock style magazines marked Glock with out being manufactured by Glock. SJ 40

Yeah, that was a useless cutout on all mags, except to some unlucky G21 owners.

Would you trade G37 for G39?????

I have a 37 and live in NY. I was thinking of offering up my G37 for a G39 to go with the new law in NY. What would you do? I am making no special buys or selling anything I have to make Coumo happy. What do you guys think?

You're contradicting yourself there.
However, the G39 will be easier to CCW but I would hang on to the G37 until you know if Glock will make 7rd mags for the G37/38. If they do, I would rather get the G38.

I have all three, so I would say, keep the 37 and buy the 39. The 39 is a great shooter and you have already invested in the cartridge.

The ones w/out the cutout are gen3. The ones with the notch are gen 4(so you can switch the mag release on the gen 4 flocks) they are not fake they are just not able to be used on the gen 4 glocks if you switch the release to the left.
