Anyone had any luck getting the 22 round G23 mag to run okay in a Glock 32?

Agree......but there's only one way to know for sure if a specific mag will function correctly with a specific gun.

They should work. I bought a 10-round G-23 magazine for my G-32 and it's performed as flawlessly as the two 13-round mags that came with the pistol.
