No way that he would have walked away from me after doing such an unbelievably stupid thing. Frankly, he'd be lucky if I didn't turn around and shoot in self-defense.

Exactly what I was thinking!! Shooting that close to someone joking or not constitutes assault with a deadly weapon and that guy with the .22 would've been well in his rights to put one in him. Once again making gun owners look bad.
