OWI defense: Mental defect
I know our OWI laws are loose, but seriously?! I can't wait to see the outcome of this...

Oh you found this case too huh?
In our county court we had a guy use the defense of mental defect to try and get out of the PAC violation.

In my court they would get a plea to diversion or some other BS. Anything to avoid a trial.

I didn't read the article, are they alleging the mental defect on the part of the driver, or his lawyer?
