Well to start off this is my first post
I need some advice on what to do. I purchased a G21 Gen4 FDE a few days ago and after I got home and was looking at the gun there is some discoloration on the FDE frame I emailed pictures to Glock and heres what I got back
"The FDE models are a limited production we do not have replacement frames or pistols for them. You can send it in and state all of your request and concerns in a letter. Please see the above attachment."
It wasn't quite the response I was hoping for and Ive never had to deal with Glocks customer service although ive heard great things from others on the forum. So what i need to know is if i should send my brand new gun in for 2-4 weeks with the risk that its going to come back exactly the same. Any feedback will help!
