With that useless tidbit of minutia defined I love posts that bring out GT's resident geriatrics, that is all you 1337 m0f0's that call me n00b.
10 years later I don't think I have ever started a post that lasted more than 2 or 3 pages.

You cease being a newb when you cease using an Appeal To Authority in your posts by mentioning how much Dr. Phil agrees with your position and or how Dr. Phil's advice is best for a given situation.
Or, your join year is not past 2005.
Or, you hit 30k plus post, AND less than one thousand of these 30k posts were like the following:
"Yeah, but would you hit it?"
"I'd hit it."
"It's on cuz."
Short cuts to non-newb status:
You knew an airplane would take off from a conveyer belt.
You knew, or can understand, how a very expensive and fine piece of craftsmanship and engineering can arrive to you in nothing more than a simple, plain old cardboard box.
You were not one of the ones banned along with the Admin, Mods, and other assorted long time GT members.

IMHO, treat everyone with the respect their posting and their behavior deems appropriate.
As long as people aren't rude, stupid, or insulting who really cares about post count?
Lets say Larry Vickers (the true one) has an account here, or Mas Ayoob (who indeed does), both men respected in the "gun world" and are in no way "noobs" but had low post numbers...would that someway lower their credibility?
Im sorry but just because someone has been here since the beginning doesnt make them some sage of wisdom.
